At present, the QC system of our factory is mainly composed of three parts.I'll briefly describe the three-step process
1.The procurement of raw materials is strictly controlled
We have reliable suppliers for both white and black mud, and we ask them to submit inspection and moisture/composition measurement reports from the relevant departments for each delivery in factory. This is to ensure that the quality of raw materials for each product remains consistent, and to minimize any molding or quality issues caused by variations in raw material composition.
We will have a team of employees in charge of measuring the added chemical composition, fineness, and concentration of the grinding of glazes. This is to ensure that the quality of the glaze used in production remains consistent, that it sprays evenly on the dry toilet clay, and that it becomes smooth and fine after firing with fewer pores and good smoothness.
2. keep training of production staff
In the production process, we pay attention to the introduction of new production technology and the combination of old methods to ensure the stability of product quality and improve production efficiency, reduce production costs. For employees, we have a complete training method. Continuously strengthen the production knowledge and skills of workers for the production of sanitary ware, so that employees can adapt to the new high-pressure molding ceramic production method. For embryo repair, we have a complete set of steps to enable employees to quickly and easily repair the mud clay. For the glazing process, we have a management responsible for checking the effect of the solid glaze. It is necessary to ensure that the entire appearance of the product and the inside of the pipe are evenly glazed to ensure that the glaze thickness is up to standard.
3.Product inspection before delivery
The product will go through about 3 inspection steps before shipping.
Before glazing the clay, there will be workers to inspect the clay body, and the workers will use kerosene to inspect the clay body under a strong light to check whether there will be cracking.If there are cracks, it needs to be picked out and re-shaped for drying.If not, the glaze will be applied.after the fired,the cracked and deformed products need to be picked out which will be no longer packaged for sale.good Products with no damage will move to the next step:Hydrostatic test.
Before packaging, the product needs to be assembled and tested on the test table. It is necessary to fill the toilet seat with water, and see whether the water level will drop after other day and night to judge whether the tightness of the product is good, which is very important.Because it affects the toilet's flush.
